*For plan years beginning Jan. 1, 2022, the Transparency in Coverage Final Rule requires non-grandfathered, employer-sponsored group health benefit plans to disclose information in machine-readable files on a public website and to update them monthly. Files are required for in-network rates and out-of-network allowed amounts and billed amounts. The rule allows for a link to the information that must be posted to a public website by July 1, 2022.*
Q: What if I don't have health insurance?
A: We offer reduced rates for self-pay patients without health insurance. Self-pay visits cost as low as $60 at any of our clinic locations and $77 at any of our office locations (additional fees for testing and vaccines).
Q: Do you have Flu-Shots?
A: YES! We provide influenza vaccines for all patients, including: babies, children, and adults (as well hi-dose vaccines for those who are 65 or older). We also have COVID-19 and Pneumococcal Vaccines available as well.
